Marcus Dickey

Haematologist

Dr Marcus Dickey is a clinical haematologist with experience managing a broad spectrum of malignant and non-malignant blood disorders, including lymphoma, multiple myeloma, leukaemias, cytopenias, thrombosis and haemostasis. He completed his MBBS at Griffith University in 2012, followed by physician training in Toowoomba and advanced haematology training at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, and Toowoomba Base Hospital.

Dr Dickey has deep insight into the needs of regional patients and is committed to providing optimal and comprehensive haematology care. He has published clinical research in peer-reviewed journals and regularly contributes to medical education. He holds fellowships with both the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. He is also a member of the Haematology Society of Australia and New Zealand (HSANZ) and the Australasian Leukaemia & Lymphoma Group (ALLG).

Dr Dickey is currently accepting referrals for inpatient and outpatient care at St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital. His consulting rooms are located onsite within the Queensland Specialist Physicians group.
