Dr Pieter Le Roux
Pain Specialist
Dr Pieter Le Roux obtained his medical degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 1997. He completed an honours degree in pharmacology through the Potchefstroom University while completing his internship. After spending two years working in Scotland, he moved to Australia where he worked in various fields in different parts of the country. He obtained specialist qualifications in both emergency medicine and pain medicine, and worked in both fields for many years after settling in Toowoomba in 2011. He has since 2025 been working solely as a pain management specialist.
Dr Le Roux consults patients through his rooms which are on the St Andrews Toowoomba Hospital campus, with separate street access. Procedures are performed in St Andrews Hospital.
