Dr John Webster

Dr John Webster is a highly qualified and locally raised Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon practising in Toowoomba with extensive training in both medicine and dentistry. After completing dual degrees in medicine and dental science at the University of Queensland, he undertook specialist oral and maxillofacial surgical training in Queensland and the Northern Territory. He also completed a higher research degree focused on early detection of oral cancer and continues to pursue post-fellowship training in advanced minimally-invasive procedures such as TMJ surgery. Dr Webster is known for his personalised, evidence-based approach and places strong emphasis on clear communication with patients to ensure they fully understand their diagnosis and treatment options. He is dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality surgical outcomes tailored to individual needs. Dr Webster’s practice spans oral surgery, facial reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, dental implantology and the management of complex TMJ disorders, bringing advanced surgical care to the Darling Downs community. Dr Webster consults at the Oral Facial & Implant Centre. He admits and operates at St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital, and provides oral and maxillofacial surgical services for both public and private patients.
