Ciara Dodds

Dr Ciara Dodds completed her medical training at the University of Tasmania in 2014 where she grew up. Since then she has worked in hospitals and GP practices all over the country as her husband is in the Defence Force. She received her RACGP fellowship in 2019 and completed the Diploma of Child Health in 2017 through the University of Sydney

Dr Ciara’s special interests include paediatrics, women’s health, pregnancy and preventative health. She is trained in the insertion and removal of the implanon contraceptive device, as well as removal of the Mirena Intrauterine Device.

Dr Ciara’s interests outside of work include travel, hiking and going to the beach. She is looking forward to settling down in Toowoomba with her husband Terry, and their two labradors, and becoming part of the Middle Ridge family.
