Assad Bangash

Dr Assad Bangash is a highly qualified Plastic Surgeon who has recently moved his private practice from Margaret Street to St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital. This relocation allows him to maintain closer contact with his inpatients and make full use of the hospital’s state-of-the-art surgical facilities.

With over five years of growing patient demand in the Toowoomba and surrounding areas, Dr Bangash has now established an independent practice dedicated to providing specialised care. He holds multiple advanced surgical qualifications including MBBS, FCPS, FRCSEd, FRCS Plast, and FRACS Plast.

Dr Bangash has a broad scope of clinical interests which include malignancy, microvascular and hand surgery, as well as head and neck, facial, and ear surgery. He also performs breast surgery, burn-related and lower limb reconstruction, post-bariatric surgery, and chronic wound and pressure sore management.
