• Connect with others who are on similar journeys to recovery and wellness
Our Wellbeing Psychology Programs Include:
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) General Skills Program: This program is for people looking to strengthen their mental health, whether after an inpatient admission or while living in the community. The CBT General Skills Program covers a different topic each week, such as understanding anxiety and depression, stress management, mindfulness, healthy relationships, self-compassion, and building resilience.
• 6-Week Intensive Group Therapy Program: This program blends traditional CBT with newer models like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Positive Psychology. You’ll learn skills to cultivate positive emotions, manage stress, identify personal strengths and values, and build authentic connections to foster wellness and resilience.
• Mindfulness Skills Training Group: Mindfulness is about being present and engaged in the current moment without judgment. This program teaches you how to develop formal and informal mindfulness practices, identify what truly matters to you, and increase your sense of meaning, purpose, and enjoyment in life.
• CBT for Self-Esteem Management: This program helps you understand how self-esteem develops, address unhelpful and self-destructive thoughts, and develop a more balanced view of yourself. You’ll learn skills to manage and shift unhelpful behaviours, supporting more fulfilling and self-affirming ways of living.
• CBT for Depression Management: Depression can affect your ability to function and experience joy in life. This program explores what depression is and how it impacts you and those around you. You’ll learn to identify and challenge harmful thought patterns, and find practical ways to move towards a life that feels more satisfying and meaningful.
• CBT for Anxiety Management: Anxiety can become overwhelming, affecting your relationships, work, and well-being. This program helps you understand what anxiety is, learn strategies to reduce its impact, and replace unhelpful thoughts and behaviours with healthier ways of living.
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Training: This 24-week program is designed for people with difficulties regulating emotions, histories of complex trauma, or features of borderline personality disorder. It covers core skills in mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation.
